The Gold Plaza shopping centre project was acquired with approximately 43,000 sqm of total letable area in Baia Mare. The town, with a population of 138,000 inhabitants, is located in Northwest Romania in the booming region of Transylvania. Investment volume stands at EUR 97 million, with completion of the project in 4th quarter 2009.
