Staff Development

In appraisal interviews, our staff and their superiors jointly agree on goals and training measures.

We place great emphasis in continuing education and training on the job. We promote the career of our staff by means of training programmes, such as regular language courses. English, Russian, Polish and Romanian courses have been well received. These courses do not only focus on teaching active vocabulary, but also on raising intercultural awareness.

In addition, the IMMOFORUM, an event at which our staff can obtain information on real estate topics in a relaxed atmosphere, takes places ten times a year.
