IMMOFINANZ Group uses real estate transactions as a source of income and a strategic tool. The aim is to strengthen the real estate portfolio in a profitable, strategic way through selective purchases and disposals.

Our competitive advantage in this regard includes detailed market knowledge, excellent connections, years of experience and strong regional partners.

We mainly sell properties that do not fit into IMMOFINANZ Group’s target portfolio due to their size, their quality, their location – for example, properties in secondary or tertiary cities or outside of the core countries – or their use (e.g. hotels).

Part of the strategy is to increase the market value of these properties through professional management and optimisation, and to profit from this increase in value at the time of sale through good market timing. We mainly purchase high-quality properties in premium locations.
