IMMOFINANZ Group lets out logistics properties along the major transit corridors in Western and Eastern Europe. We have been active on the logistics property market since 1991. Our logistics activities are focused on the active asset management of existing properties. We tap into the potential of the logistics market in our core countries as well as in Switzerland and the Benelux countries.
Our largest logistics segment – Logistics West – combines all of our logistics activities in Western Europe into Deutsche Lagerhaus. Deutsche Lagerhaus, a 90% subsidiary of IMMOFINANZ Group, is an established player in a strong market that enables high cash returns.
The Logistics East segment contains our activities in the emerging logistics markets in the East. The close collaboration with our Western European competence centre gives us an important competitive advantage.
Logistics properties account for roughly 10% of IMMOFINANZ Group’s entire portfolio.
