IMMOFINANZ Group develops and manages individualised housing solutions. We have been active in the residential segment since 1990. We also benefit from the expertise of the Austrian Bauen und Wohnen GmbH (BUWOG) in Eastern Europe, where many countries have a great deal of ground to make up on the housing market.
The focus of our residential development activities is on the countries of Austria, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Russia (Moscow).
Austria is our most important housing market and is also where we operate the majority of our residential properties. This segment is an important source of stability and a cash bringer for IMMOFINANZ Group.
In the Residential West segment, we focus on rental flats and development projects in Austria and Germany.
The Residential East segment comprises our housing construction activities in Eastern Europe.
Residential properties account for roughly 30% of IMMOFINANZ Group’s entire portfolio.
