Analysis of shareholder structure

IMMOFINANZ shares are widely held, primarily by Austrian private investors and long-term value-oriented institutional investors from Europe and the USA. Free float, excluding treasury shares, equals roughly 87%.

Regular shareholder surveys help to define the regional focal points for investor relations activities. The latest survey was carried out in February 2017 and shows the following picture: 34.0% of IMMOFINANZ shares are held by private investors in Austria. Institutional investors hold approx. 58.0%, whereby most come from Austria (23.3%), the USA (15.4%) and Norway (3.8%). Polish investors hold 3.3% of the shares. The remaining 8.1% are not identified investors or represent treasury shares or holdings by foreign private investors.
Shareholders with investments of more than four per cent
The Austrian Fries Group has held over 5% of the IMMOFINANZ shares, directly and indirectly, since 15 April 2011.
As last reported on 29 September 2015, the Fries Group held a total of 69,781,813 IMMOFINANZ shares, which
represent approx. 7.2%, through Fries Holding GmbH and the Fries family.

PHI: 54,805,566 Shares corresponding to 5.62% in the voting rights of IMMOFINANZ AG. As of 2 August 2016, PHI has fallen below the 10% threshold. Please find more details in the announcement as of 4 August 2016.

Och-Ziff Capital Management Group LLC notified on 13 February 2017 that Och-Ziff Capital Management Group LLC and its controlled undertakings crossed a reporting threshold on 9 February 2017. Please find more details in the announcement as of 14 February 2017.
