IMMOFINANZ opens its third STOP SHOP in Serbia in the City of Valjevo

STOP SHOP is the IMMOFINANZ umbrella brand for retail parks in Central and Eastern Europe and a focal point of the company’s rapid expansion. Today the third Serbian STOP SHOP-retail park in Valjevo has been opended. The STOP SHOP has approx. 6,100 sqm of retail space and around 170 parking places.

The location can be easily reached by car as well as public transportation, and the catchment area covers roughly 175,000 residents. Tenants include international and national brands such as LC Waikiki, DM – Drogerie Markt, Takko fashion, Deichmann, Planeta Sport, Sport Vision, Woby Haus and N Sport.

The first STOP SHOP retail park in Serbia opened in Čačak in April 2015, and the second one in Niš in April 2016. The flexible concept underlying the STOP SHOP brand is based on regional shopping centers at central locations. These retail parks have 3,000 sqm to 15,000 sqm of rentable space and offer visitors sufficient parking, optimal accessibility by public transportation and high functionality with an attractive mix of international and national tenants. Together with Valjevo, the STOP SHOP portfolio of IMMOFINANZ currently covers 58 locations in seven countries (Austria, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Poland and Serbia).
