IMMOFINANZ Group has signed a lease agreement with the internationally renowned hotel chain Leonardo Hotels for its hotel on Matrosengasse in Vienna’s 6th municipal district. Renovations are to start in January 2012. IMMOFINANZ Group will invest around EUR 6 million in the reconstruction, modification and refitting of the hotel and plans to open the first Leonardo Hotel in Austria by the middle of this year.
