IMMOFINANZ property investments are transacted through three regional holding companies: IMMOAUSTRIA is active in Austria, while IMMOEAST invests in Central, Eastern and South-Eastern Europe. IMMOWEST invests exclusively in Western Europe.

IMMOFINANZ owns 100% of the shares in IMMOAUSTRIA and IMMOWEST as well as a 54.64% stake in IMMOEAST. IMMOEAST AG has been listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange since December 2003 and on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since May 2007.
