| Resignation of Wolfgang Reithofer and Reinhold Süßenbacher from the Supervisory Boards of IMMOFINANZ AG and IMMOEAST AG
|
Wolfgang Reithofer, chairman of the supervisory Board of IMMOFINANZ AG and IMMOEAST AG, and Reinhold Süßenbacher, deputy chairman of the supervisory board of both companies, yesterday evening informed the Executive Board of their resignation from the supervisory boards of both companies. The resignations will come into effect on October 29th, 2008.
Reithofer, CEO of Wienerberger AG, is thereby complying with the request by the supervisory board of Wienerberger AG to step down from his time-consuming positions on the IMMOFINANZ and IMMOEAST supervisory boards. Süßenbacher cites the current global economic situation, which is demanding his full attention as CEO of Umdasch AG, as the reason for his resignation.
The appointment of a new chairman and deputy chairman will be on the agenda of the supervisory board meetings of IMMOFINANZ and IMMOEAST on October 29th, 2008. |
