Focus on Central and Eastern Europe
The IMMOFINANZ investments are concentrated in the German-speaking countries of Central Europe (Austria, Germany and Switzerland) as well as in Eastern and South-Eastern Europe. IMMOFINANZ is the only listed property company with a broad-based presence in the established markets of the west and the emerging markets of the east.
Wide-ranging diversification
The broad regional and sector diversification of the portfolio makes IMMOFINANZ independent of developments on individual markets. This strategy helps to limit the effects of the frequent cyclical developments in the property branch.
Consolidation
After fifteen years of strong growth, IMMOFINANZ has now entered a phase of consolidation. Specific objects will be sold to optimise the portfolio and development projects will be reduced. Activities will concentrate on improving the earning power of the individual properties through portfolio management.
