Why was an extraordinary general meeting called?

The supervisory boards at IMMOFINANZ and IMMOEAST have decided to present the results of the negotiations to the extraordinary general meetings in order to allow shareholders to decide on whether to proceed with the acquisition. Deliberation by the general meeting is not prescribed by law, but is a voluntary measure. The board hopes to establish as much support as possible amongst shareholders before taking this significant step.

The aforementioned general meetings are scheduled for 23 July (IMMOFINANZ) and 25 July (IMMOEAST).
