What personnel changes will the purchase of Constantia Privatbank's real estate division and the separation from Constantia Privatbank bring?

As a result of the separation, all overlaps in personnel on the boards of IMMOFINANZ and IMMOEAST on the one hand and Constantia Privatbank on the other hand will be removed.

Dr. Karl Petrikovics, previously CEO at all three companies, has resigned as CEO of Constantia Privatbank at the end of June 2008 and remains CEO of IMMOFINANZ and IMMOEAST.
Conversely, Norbert Gertner, previously member of the board at all three companies has left the boards at IMMOFINANZ and IMMOEAST at the end of June 2008 and remains a member of the board at Constantia Privatbank.
Three experienced managers at IMMOFINANZ will additionally join the board: Daniel Riedl, Christian Thornton and Michael Wurzinger.
