The properties in the IMMOFINANZ portfolio are valued once a year by external specialists.
The preparation of the IMMOEAST financial statements reflects the application of the fair value model recommended by the European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA), and the property value is therefore shown at fair value (present value) on the balance sheet. The calculation of fair value requires the regular revaluation of all properties owned by the company, and the results of this revaluation have a significant influence on the company's earnings. The property portfolio is valued in accordance with the EPRA's Best Practices Policy Recommendations using the fair value model defined in IAS 40.
The properties in the IMMOFINANZ portfolio are valued by well-known, independent experts at the end of each financial year. Different experts are responsible for the valuation of the various portfolio components:

IMMOEAST: Colliers
IMMOWEST: ATIS Real and Colliers
