| The Fries Family acquires stake in IMMOFINANZ AG
|
Renowned Austrian investor's family Fries has notified the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) that they have acquired a stake of more than five percent in IMMOFINANZ AG. In conformity with the Austrian stock exchange regulations, the report was made immediately upon reaching the five-percent mark. The Fries Family is thus the only investor who has a stake in IMMOFINANZ which is subject to report.
There are 459,001,443 IMMOFINANZ shares currently in circulation, and based on the closing share price on February 29, market cap is EUR 3.30 billion. The Fries Family holds 39,292,370 shares, this complies a market value of about 280 Mio. Euros.
The Fries Family is one of the leading private investors in Austria. Their stake in IMMOFINANZ is explicitly welcomed by the company’s management. “It is extremely positive for IMMOFINANZ that it now has a strong Austrian shareholder.
