IMMOFINANZ Pays 33 Cent Dividend

IMMOFINANZ will pay a dividend to its shareholders for the first time in the company’s history: on 27 September the Annual General Meeting of the real estate company approved the motion of the executive board, which had proposed a payout of 33 cents per share for the 2006/07 business year (1 May 2006 to 30 April 2007).

At 99 percent approval of the 850 shareholders who were at the Annual General Meeting, setting a record in attendance, was very clear. The dividend yield resulting from the payout is more than 3.6 percent based on the current share price of EUR 9.04. The dividend discount will take place on 4 October, the payout on 5 October.

All total IMMOFINANZ will pay EUR 150 million to its shareholders: “Due to the strong increase in our earnings we are able to fulfil the wishes frequently expressed by shareholder representatives and institutional investors in the last few years without negatively impacting our opportunities for investment and growth,” says Director General Karl Petrikovics. “At more than 3.6 percent, the IMMOFINANZ share is also one of the highest dividend yields among shares listed on the Prime Market segment of the Vienna Stock Exchange.” Petrikovics has announced that IMMOFINANZ will also continue to pay dividends in the next few years.
