Your Profile

  • Hospitality and events experience required
  • Social media experience required
  • Experience in connecting people and creating communities a plus
  • Excellent English and local language skills
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Demonstrate drive, integrity, dependability, responsibility and empathy
  • Passion for and understanding of myhives mission and values

Your Responsibilities

  • Creation of a collaborative environment among our tenants through events, communication, information and personal introductions
  • Sharing content through website, app and social media
  • Plan, organize and manage community events
  • Identify opportunities to engage with and connect members
  • Design and implement guidelines and best practices for the community to optimize member experience
  • Recommend and implement best practices including but not limited to: community management, events, communication, information, training and member experience on a company-wide level
  • Select, train and support welcome desk staff in engaging with tenants and connecting them
  • Encourage and support asset managers to connect tenants
  • Maintain our myhive brand standards and expectations
