Your Profile

  • At least 2 years relevant work experience as a Property Manager for commercial real estates
  • Excellent Slovak and English
  • Good IT skills (SAP, MS Office)
  • Readiness to travel
  • Team-player with professional appearance and high customer-orientation
  • Negotiating skills – entrepreneurial mindset – organization skills
  • Completed education or studies, ideally with focus on real estates
  • Profound knowledge of the international real estate market

Your Responsibilities

  • Trading, technical and infrastructural management of objects
  • Overall responsibility for our local properties
  • Contact person for renters, owners, suppliers and other partners
  • Reporting, budget planning, development of plans for technical inspections, maintenance, repairs, defects, etc.
  • Checking of rents and operating costs of tenants, control and documentation management
  • Processing and calculation of bills for operational costs
  • Coordination and organization of caretaker and all services
  • Inspection and control of properties
