Your Profile

  • High school diploma
  • Proficient MS-Office skills, knowledge of Navision is an advantage
  • At least an intermediate level of English (verbal and written), proficient Czech
  • Diligence, reliability, ability to work with detailed information, stress-resistance
  • Ability to work independently

Your Responsibilities

  • Entering, editing and processing orders and invoices in Navision
  • Dealing with incoming calls and directing them to the relevant department
  • Greeting clients and visitors at reception
  • Various administrative and organizational duties
  • Cooperation with other departments (tax, asset, legal)
  • Presentational work, general office duties
  • Organizing, sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, purchasing and stock control of stationery and office supplies
  • Preparation of general documents
