Your Profile

  • First relevant work experience as an assistant is advantageous
  • Excellent English
  • Excellent MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Dedicated and communicative team-player with an organizational talent

Your Responsibilities

    • Administrative and organizational assistance
    • Independent management of purchase orders and invoices
    • Document management and filing
    • Arrangement of appointments and travel coordination as well as preparation of expense reports
