IMMOFINANZ signs sales agreements for several plots of land in Adama’s portfolio

IMMOFINANZ in Romania has made progress with the sales process for the portfolio of plots of land held by its residential company Adama. Two plots, located in Bucharest and Voluntari, have already been sold, while a transaction relating to a further plot, located in central Bucharest, is set to be finalised in November. The three assets have a total area of almost 36,000 sqm. The company is also set to finalise sales agreements for other Adama plots in the near future.
