IMMOFINANZ Group is an Austrian property investor with two main goals:
Western Europe, in particular the German-speaking countries, is our home market and an important stabilising factor.
The growth region Central and Eastern Europe with all its chances and risks has huge potential for us. In this connection, we refer to the profound experience and long-term know-how we gained from numerous projects.
Since its foundation in 1990, IMMOFINANZ Group has set up a high quality portfolio. Currently, the portfolio of IMMOFINANZ includes more than 1,800 properties with a book value of approximately EUR 9,2 billion.
IMMOFINANZ is listed on ATX of the Vienna Stock Exchange.
