IMMOFINANZ looks back on 25 years of experience in retail real estate.
As of the end of October 2016, our standing investment portfolio comprised 164 retail properties. The book value of these properties amounted to EUR 2.3 billion, equating to approximately 52% of the standing investment portfolio.

Experience and strong connections to international retail chains and partners count among our strengths in the successful management of shopping centers. By means of a balanced mix of tenants and the integration of leisure and entertainment possibilities, we provide an environment in which our tenants can maximise their turnovers. We also use these abilities in the development of our own projects.

Our Retail products encompass large, high quality shopping centers, such as VIVO! Cluj in Romania, Golden Babylon Rostokino and GOODZONE in Moscow, and Tarasy Zamkowe in Lublin, Poland, which was opened in 2015.
Our first class shopping centers are large, modern retail properties with international and local tenants. These shopping centers impress not only in terms of their top locations, but also with an optimal combination of shopping, entertainment and leisure facilities.

Retail Brands

With our own brands VIVO! and STOP.SHOP. we are focussing on a high degree of standardisation and rapid expansion in secondary and tertiary cities.

Our goal is to generate economies of scale and strengthen our market position, that is the reason why we are working on a product group defintion at the moment. The goal is to focus only on the brands VIVO! and STOP.SHOP when it comes to retail.
