IMMOFINANZ rents more than 15,000 sqm office space in Warsaw

IMMOFINANZ finalized in the last four months agreements for its Warsaw office portfolio totaling more than 15,000 sqm. The signed contracts cover the myhive branded buildings as well as other properties. Moreover, contracts for 8,500 sqm of the total are new agreements or relate to expansion of space leased by existing tenants, with the remainder being prolongations of current leases.

With respect to the new IMMOFINANZ tenants, the largest agreement was signed with BOBO Holdings. The company, which provides co-working services, has decided to lease more than 1,600 sqm in myhive Crown Point office building.

The largest lease prolongation was signed with Crowe Horwath - one of the fastest growing professional consulting firms - which has extended its lease for a total of nearly 2,500 sqm at Crown Tower.
